Late collection fees apply for every 15 minutes late or part off see fees.
A £50.00 DEPOSIT is required for all paid placements excluding funded places only which will be returned as a deduction from your final month’s invoice.
A £25 INDUCTION fee is required for all placements excluding wrap round school club or holiday club. Fee includes water bottle, uniform, draw string bag and induction sessions
Our fees are payable weekly or monthly in advance by debit card or standing order. If there is a lapse of four weeks from agreed date of payments (28th of each month), the nursery reserves the right to withdraw child care service. Payment is needed in the event of illness, Holiday or bank holiday in order to retain the place.
Funding hours extras agreement
Parents accept the agreed hours as there funded entitlement, any additional hours will be paid for by the parent at The Little Wendy Houses current rate. If a parent chose’s to spread there hours over 52 weeks the weekly funded hours will be reduced. These hours may vary from term by term typically September to August.
If a child leaves part way through a year you may be liable to pay any over used hours at the nursery’s full rate. child who qualify for 15 hours funded term time only you may select your hours from: 2 full days (7.5hours) or 3 half days either morning or afternoons (5hours) or 5 shorter sessions of either morning or afternoons (3 hours). You may choose your morning hours between 7 and 1 or afternoon hours from 12 till 6. If a parent decides to spread the hours throughout the year this will enable you to choose from full days or half days as set out above. If you qualify for 30 hours term time only you can choose from 3 full days (10 hours) or 5 longer Am or Pm sessions (6 hours). You may wish to spread the funding over the year where the same above applies.

Additional Costs
Parents can opt in or out of extras as detailed in fees table. all extras will be added to your contract that you agree to pay for whilst claiming any funded entitlement. Consumables is a contribution towards additional nursery equipment, extra-curricular activities and educational extras which is voluntary you will be automatically be opted in unless you request to opt out, this may mean certain extra activities may not be available to your child we do rely on this contribution for us to enhance provision and provide seasonal additional curricular activities. To cancel any extras a months notice is required prior to new invoices being generated. Accounts need to be cleared by 28th of each month or a £25 late payment charge will be applied to your account. All meals are optional if you choose to supply your own meal they must be healthy and adhere to our policy and be ready to eat. Snack should be at least a piece of fruit. No sweets or chocolates, grapes will require being cut in half sliced length ways. Any meals supplied not meeting policy may result in a charge for to supply at the rates below.
4 week’s notice is needed in writing to terminate the contract.
